How do I pay taxes or water online?

If you bank with East Coast Credit Union, Scotia Bank or RBC we are listed as a payee with them.  The customer must know their water account number or assessment account number so that the payment will be applied to a specific account.  Any other financial institution wants to charge us a fee for those that pay on line and we are not paying these fees at this time.
