Pickle Ball is a growing sport! It is great for adults and older adults. Drop by the Mulgrave Gym on Oct 16th and give it a try. If there is enough interest it will be made into a weekly drop-in.
Fitness classes will begin in October with Rhonda Ryan on Tuesdays (Fitness) and Thursdays (Tabata). Please contact Rhonda to register or for more information at 631-1144.
